To place an order
The system would walk you through the purchase process by prompting you to key in various information so as to process your order. You would receive an email confirming your order and your order confirmation number. Please retain and quote this number for future correspondences with pdgi-online shop this purchase order. Payment methods and delivery schedule will be sent to you by email. Only paid goods and order will be processed to shipping department. Sorry we only serve Indonesia region.
To check shipment status
Buyer would be able to check the approximate delivery lead time during order placement. Allow 2 to 3 weeks of shipment for normal shipment. An email will be sent to you shortly informing you of the bill number for your shipment.
Order & Return Policy
At pdgi-online shop, you can shop with confidence. We warrant all products to be defect-free. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, send the product (new, unused & in full packs) back with the original packing & your invoice within 30 days for an exchange or refund does not apply for items on sale. Buyer only needs to pay returned shipping charges.

Return Policy
At pdgi-online shop, you can shop with confidence. Customer satisfaction oriented, we has a warranty from our producers and to be defect-free. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return them for a full refund with following our simple rules under our Return Policy.
Terms and Conditions
1. Products are exchangeable and refundable within 30 days from invoice & delivery date, no questions asked.
2. Products have to be returned together with their original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice, buyer only needs to pay returned shipping charges.
3. Used products would not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
4. Returned incomplete packs of opened goods would only be entitled to a refund of up to 50% of invoice value.
